Maple View Center LLC - WHO WE ARE

 

Dr. KAYTE CONROY, Ph.D., LMHC, CRC
is licensed as a mental health counselor (LMHC), certified as a rehabilitation counselor (CRC), and is a disordered/compulsive gambling specialist. Prior to opening her private practice, Dr. Conroy provided mental health and addiction counseling services to clients in a variety of community agency settings. She has provided clinical training seminars for agencies, companies, and schools throughout Western New York and has presented workshops for regional, national, and international audiences. She has also provided multiple local and national media interviews regarding gambling and mental health issues and enjoyed teaching for over two decades at the University at Buffalo. She is currently empowering clients to be the best version of themselves and helping them learn the skills and methods to get there. Her specialty areas include general mental health and wellness (stress, self-care, adjustment to workplace and personal issues), PtSD, solutions for mood (anxiety, depression), grief/loss, and impulse control (gambling, internet and device use, over-spending). After many years of private practice elsewhere, Kayte was pleased to open Maple View Center, LLC in 2010 and shares the space with many wonderful clinicians.



ERIN BRINK, MS, LMHC
is licensed as a mental health counselor with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, and adults. Erin has experience assisting clients in a wide variety of areas, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, interpersonal relationships, grief/loss, and trauma. Erin utilizes a person centered and eclectic approach to meet the needs of her clients. She specializes in the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Progressive Counting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She enjoys working with clients who are looking to begin making positive life changes.


SALLY FRIES, MS, MHC-P
is providing mental health counseling services under a New York State Permit and enjoys working with clients who are seeking support and assistance with issues related to sex, intimacy, and relationships, as well as general mental health. Sally will work with you to develop skills and strategies to overcome a variety of life's challenges through a variety of ways, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and is currently accepting new clients.

KRYSTINA GESCHWENDER-KASPRZYK, MS, LMHC is licensed as a mental health counselor (LMHC) with more than a decade of experience in the counseling field. Krystina has experience working with adults who have dealt with a wide variety of mental health issues, including trauma, and mood disorders. Krystina is dedicated to teaching individuals to implement mindfulness skills into their daily lives to help decrease anxiety, depression, and general life stressors. She is interested in helping individuals improve their quality of life, enhance relationships with others, increase motivation, improve focus, and learn how to become the best versions of themselves.

Dr. TIKANA TRUITT, Ph.D., LMHC is licensed as a mental health counselor (LMHC), is a Board Certified Coach, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Comsultant. Dr. Truitt has a passion for helping children, adolescents, and adults who have a desire to make positive behavior changes to reach their personal, academic, or parenting goals. Her specialties include adjusting to changes or life events, depression, anxiety, stress management, academic or employment achievement, confidence, and emotional or compulsive overeating. She provides evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure-based interventions.
